Google Apps for Small Business

GEM Web Design has it's email and calendar supplied by Google in a system they call Google Apps.
Google Apps offers your business or school the option to use their most popular on-line applications under your own branding. We therefore have GEM Web Design branded Gmail and Google Calendar as well as a whole host of other features.
The main advantages to GEM are that we can easily add new email accounts as the company grows and link together email and schedules across multiple locations and devices. For example, I access my emails through my laptop or Blackberry while out on the road, on my PC in my office and at home I have the choice of my home mobile, Blackberry, laptop, home PC or even our Wii!
Although this kind of synchronisation is available with other products, I chose Google for GEM for it's amazing simplicity and efficiency and am happy to not only recommend it to clients but also help them get it set up for their own business!
